5-7 May Hat Head Rally

Kempsey Macleay Auto Restorers Club are pleased to present their 20th Hat Head Rally, for cars, utes and trucks over 30 years old. The weekend starts at 6pm on Friday 5th at the Hat Head Bowling and Recreation Club. Saturday and Sunday mornings the cars are displayed in the area near the Bowling Club for viewing. We then head off for a run. The cars will be viewed and judged by the public from 12 noon until 2pm. Viewing by the public is free. Please register early we are limiting entries to 100 vehicles. 6 May Kombi Konvoy

The Kombi Konvoy rolls up to the Nimbin Madigrass having wended its way from Byron Bay. Gathering at 11.30am in the public parking area, Somerset Street, Byron Bay and leaving at 12.30pm to Nimbin. Line the street to welcome up to 100 kombis! Meet the Kombi Konvoy for a world record attempt at the most joints ever lit at once in the one place…….Everyone is encouraged to roll a joint so that when the Konvoy has passed, at the call of the Nimbin time 4:20, we can light up simultaneo­usly and please blow as much smoke as possible for the cameras.

6-7 May Wings over Illawarra

Wings Over Illawarra will be a great day for the entire family with a wide range of activities and displays, including an Air Show of aerobatic, historic, modern and military aircraft along with defence force exhibits, classic cars and bikes, amusement rides and merchandis­e and food stalls. A large display of classic and historic cars and motorbikes. Each year, car and bike clubs from NSW and ACT are invited to display their vehicles at the event and add to the atmosphere created by the historic aircraft on display and in the air. day.

7 May Euro Motorfest

18-22 May Antique Car Club Anniversar­y Rally

The Antique Car Club of Albury Wodonga are holding their 50th Anniversar­y Rally from the 18th till the 22nd May in 2017. As part of the celebratio­ns they will be holding a five day rally in and around Albury which combines the 2017 Council of Heritage Motor Clubs N.S.W. Annual Rally (limited to 200 Cars) and the National Motoring Heritage Day (Albury-Wodonga) Display combining some 400 cars on the display day. Contact: heritagemo­toringcoun­cil.org.au

20 May Wheels of Wamboin

A show and shine for all things automotive. The Wheels of Wamboin features a huge variety from all marques in a truly country atmosphere just a short drive from Canberra. Located at the Wamboin Community Hall Bingley Way Wamboin from 9.00 am ‘til 1.00 pm. Display entry is a gold coin donation and swap tables (provided) are $5 (remember to bring your cash as there is no EFTPOS available).

The Shoalhaven Historic Vehicle Club are pleased to advise that the National Motoring Heritage Day at Berry is on again this year. So come along and enjoy a wonderful day at the Berry Showground with displays of vintage, historic and classic cars, motorcycle­s and machines.

21 May Central Coast Heritage Day

The Heritage Day Car Show will see displays of Vintage, Historic and Classic Cars from Local and Regional Car Clubs. Lots of Vintage cars will be on display from the 1911 Model T Ford to the immaculate Jaguar E Type coupes alongside nostalgic 1930s to 1950s Buicks, Chryslers, Chevs, Fords, Austin 7s, all the British Classics, Holdens of all ages from 1948 to mid-1980’s, plus just about everything in-between.

27-28 May Weekend on Wheels

Taree Rescue Squad presents Weekend on Wheels in conjunctio­n with the Manning Valley Cruzers on the 27th and 28th May 2017. This is a major fundraiser for the Taree Rescue Squad and all cars, bikes, hot rods, dragsters, street machines are welcome.
