LONG BEFORE he became famous for hitting a Mt Panorama rock and in-car camera quips Dick Johnson was a talented tin-top racer.

His Falcon XC hardtop saw two Bathurst campaigns.

In 1978 the XC finished 5th, but only lasted 24 laps in 1979.

The #17 XC hardtop was sold with a CAMS logbook in original race trim as well as Dick's race suit and helmet.
