New conservation initiatives

Hot on the heels of winning a coveted Gold Award from Ecotourism Kenya, Sanctuary Retreats has continued to expand its philanthropic efforts by creating a series of new, self-sustaining projects and conservation initiatives at their luxury camps in Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia and Botswana. Guests can help relocate 20 endangered rhino into the Moremi Reserve in Botswana; add their weight to a wetland program on the Mara River in Kenya, or work at the Chipego Bike Shop run by local women in the Zambian village of Nakatindi.
