The Great Wall Challenge

The Huma Charity Challenge has added another challenge to its already impressive repertoire, which will inspire anyone who has thought of trekking China’s Great Wall. The 11-day Great Wall Challenge will raise money for Act for Kids – a charity supporting abused and neglected children. The challenge will trek a remote section of the wall, departing 28 September 2017. Participants who join need to raise at least $2,500 for Act for Kids, with the website giving plenty of great tips on how to set up a fundraising page. The Act for Kids ambassador for this trek is Channel 7 presenter Sammie O’Brien, and she will be joined by Sue Clarke, a contestant on Australian Survivor in 2016. Through its national network of 22 centres from Adelaide to Cape York Peninsula, Act for Kids has helped thousands of children and families who experience or are at risk of child abuse. humacharitychallenge.com
