United now flies to the most ski destinations in the US, adding non-stop services from six hub cities, including Los Angeles and San Francisco, to Aspen, Vail, Crested Butte and Steamboat Springs in Colorado, Jackson Hole in Wyoming, Bozeman (servicing Big Sky) and Glacier National Park (serving Whitefish) in Montana, Sun Valley in Idaho and Reno (servicing the resorts around Lake Tahoe) in Nevada. United also flies into Montrose Telluride from Los Angeles and San Francisco, as well as Salt Lake City, with the fantastic resorts within an hour’s drive. United’s policy for skis and snowboards is also reasonable.
