Vir­gin Australia to fly to Samoa

Vir­gin Australia has an­nounced plans to fly to Samoa from 13 Novem­ber, 2017, with the Vir­gin Samoa joint ven­ture ser­vice due to cease the day be­fore. Sub­ject to rel­e­vant reg­u­la­tory ap­provals, Vir­gin Australia will op­er­ate five re­turn ser­vices per week from Auck­land to Apia, up to two re­turn ser­vices per week from Syd­ney to Apia, and up to two ser­vices per week from Bris­bane to Apia. These ser­vices are now on sale. The flights will be op­er­ated with Boe­ing 737-800 air­craft, fea­tur­ing eight Business Class seats in a 2-2 con­fig­u­ra­tion and 168 in Econ­omy in a 3-3 con­fig­u­ra­tion. The air­craft also fea­tures 30 Econ­omy X seats with ad­di­tional legroom, pre­ferred over­head locker space, pri­or­ity check-in and board­ing. vir­gin­aus­tralia.com
