His contempora­ry Chinese restaurant will be located on Level 3 at the newly restored Raffles Arcade. The Long Bar, home of the famous Singapore Sling, has already reopened, with refreshed plantation-inspired décor and the famous bar counter restored. In keeping with tradition, guests can still take their peanuts direct from the gunny sack and drop their shells on the floor.
