Sarah de Beaumont
STYLIST
French-born stylist and set designer Sarah de Beaumont has recently moved back to Paris after eight years away living with her husband in Helsinki, Bratislava and Prague. She trained as a trompe l’oeil painter, studying in Italy and Belgium, before a segue into set design and styling saw her working on projects for luxury brands and publications including Architectural Digest France. For this issue, de Beaumont collaborated with artist Roberto Ruspoli on the story ‘Elements of Fine Art’ (page 40). “It was a huge pleasure working with Roberto,” she says. “He is gifted and very kind and sensitive. I have never seen somebody work as fast and as precisely as he does.” Citing architecture, art, design, people and nature among her inspirations, de Beaumont says her creative process is always evolving. “The beauty of my work is that you never get bored.” @sarahdebeaumont
