A big thank you

A very big thank you to all our local emergency service personnel

My wife Barbara was involved in a very serious car accident which fortunately she survived and is currently in the Alfred Hospital recovering.

The incident was attended by the local State Emergency Service volunteers, the Country Fire Authority, local Rural Ambulance, Police, and tow truck personnel.

We are indeed fortunate to have such dedicated personnel and volunteers who are available to assist in times of emergency in our community.

The facilities available at the West Gippsland Hospital accident emergency with their compassionate and caring medical staff was an important part of the process.

Well done and a big thank you to all involved, not forgetting the members of the public who were first on the scene.
