Band adds to open garden

A country garden at Ripplebroo­k will come alive with the sound of the Warragul Municipal Band on Sunday, November 15.

Rosehill Farm will be open to the public from 10am to 4pm with the band performing concerts at 11am and 1pm as part of its Coffee Melody Circuit Series.

The English style garden of Rosehill Farm at 170 Tolley Rd, Ripplebroo­k is well establishe­d with oaks, roses, lawns and hedges.

Individual garden areas include kitchen and picking gardens, formal rose garden and borders.

Warragul Municipal Band’s visit marks its final performanc­e of its 2015 Coffee Melody Circuit Series.

The band, under the skilled baton of Benjamin Sim, will perform a variety of new and old music. The play out series aims to showcase the band’s breadth of talent to the Baw Baw community.

Bring along a picnic and rugs or chairs to enjoy the music and garden. A sausage sizzle and hot and cold drinks will be available for purchase.

Entry is $10 for adults and free for children under six years.
