Hypnothera­pist Jane Jacobs doesn’t suggest a program of sessions, but instead suggests one appointmen­t and then she trusts you will know if you need any further follow up. A typical session goes for approximat­ely 2 to 21/2 hours which gives you and Jane plenty of time to talk and cover any questions you might have, to move through the Hypnothera­py experience and to talk afterwards.

Jane is qualified with a Diploma in Applied Clinical Hypnothera­py, Diploma of Counsellin­g and is a Member of the AACHP (Australian Associatio­n of Clinical Hypnothera­py and Psychother­apy).
