In the bigger picture the club have donated to local district projects.

Meanwhile, the Lions Club of Trafalgar have lost fellowship of its Lioness Club.
They have been forced into closing due to age and the lack of members able to accept the leadership roles necessary to enable a club to run successfully.
The Lionesses have given 36 years of service to the community and their contribution, both physical and financial will be greatly missed by both the local and wider groups who were supported by the club.
The Lions Club will also miss the Lioness Club’s assistance at activities where both clubs combined their knowledge and skills to make the event a success.
The Lions Club is in need of members, as they are also facing the problem of age and a certain lack of coping with the technological age.
