Harcourts Warragul Sales Team acknowledged at Harcourts Australia National Awards Night

The Annual Harcourts Australian National Conference was recently hosted by Jupiter’s Casino on the Gold Coast, which concluded with the Harcourts Australia National Awards Night.

Almost 1000 Harcourts Agents from all over the country came together, including representatives from our very own Harcourts Warragul.

They have returned refreshed, revitalised, super motivated and keen to implement some fantastic new innovations into the workplace shortly.

The final night became a night to remember when Harcourts Warragul were recognised as the Number 2 Sales Team (out of 370) in Harcourts Australia for average sales results per agent, beaten only by the North Sydney office.

After winning the award at state level, the team was still surprised to be acknowledged in the top 5 across the nation, considering some of the major metropolitan offices they were up against.

Evan Broadbent and his wife Sian were invited up for the awards ceremony last minute and at that point he realised something was up.

“It’s a fantastic plug for our vastly growing township of Warragul, and our beautiful Gippsland surrounds that are home to what I believe some of the best properties in our country, and some would argue the world. This is what allows us to compete with our much larger metro offices with higher average selling prices, and achieve the results we did last year”.

Harcourts Warragul opened their doors for business in 2012 and now have a team of 15 employees servicing the local real estate market.
