Clinic an award finalist

Gippsland Cosmetic Laser Clinic in Warragul has been announced a finalist in the 2016 Telstra Australian Business Awards.

The clinic is the only Gippsland business announced as finalist.

GCLC has been placed in the top six Victorian new businesses, and the top 27 Australian new businesses

Winners will be announced at a gala event at the National Gallery of Victoria next Tuesday.

GCLC provides laser and injectable cosmetic services to the Gippsland region.

Services include permanent hair reduction, anti-wrinkle and dermal filler injections, tattoo removal, PRP injections for hair growth, and a wide range of solutions for skin imperfections such as pigmentation, broken capillaries, acne and more.

The business was established by Anita Turner to provide a safe and nurturing environment for people to receive laser and injectable treatments in Gippsland.

The clinic employs registered nurses to perform all treatments, not beauty therapists - one of few clinics in Australia to do this.

In three years, GCLC has expanded from an owner operated enterprise to have two clinics and 11 staff.

“It’s such an honour to be named a finalist in these prestigious Australian business awards,” Anita said.

“We feel extremely proud to be representing the level of quality that can be found here in Gippsland.
