CATTLE BUILD FACILITIES

-

WFNC’s Cattle Club is a unique fund raising/membership entity with a bit of a twist.

It was formed originally to raise funds to upgrade facilities and equipment for the players.

The Cattle Club members buy cattle, graze them on their own properties and sell them with any profits directed back to the WFNC.

Several thousands of dollars been raised through this and has led to an enormous improvement of our facilities at the Western Park ground that also benefit the entire community.

Some examples have been training lights, electronic scoreboard, social rooms bar, cabinet for memorabilia and history records, kitchen equipment and gymnasium.

Next on the list is a well overdue kitchen/canteen upgrade that had been talked about for a number of years.

Over the past six years thanks to John Walkinshaw and a huge amount of other people the grazing of cattle has been re-invigorated and it cannot be underestimated the length and generosity of the support that Alex Scott and Staff, Bramstedt Livestock Transport, Radfords and many others that has helped the Cattle Club become one of our success stories.

There are currently more than 40 members and 11 head of cattle out there grazing.

For as little as $360 the Cattle Club club provides a fantastic membership package that includes entry to home games, afternoon tea, a free luncheon and Silver Circle tickets.

There are many other membership options available and inquiries can be made by email us at: secretary@wfnc.org.au

We welcome the community to get behind our great club and support us and our youth in their endeavours to become successful at the highest level of competition available in the region.
