Here we are in spring, 2016, a wonderful time of year.

Rather than waiting for 2017 to make a resolution for change, how about using the beautiful energy of this spring?

Hypnothera­py creates a pathway into your own deeper wisdom and insight and so it empowers you to find your own answers and release. Jane Jacobs Jane sees her role as guiding you into your own deeper understand­ing, and she supports you every step of the way.

Each session goes for approx. 2 - 2 1/2 hours, giving you plenty of time to talk through your concerns and to experience the Hypnothera­py.

In these days of rushing from one thing to another, Jane feels it is important to allow this time, as she believes you deserve to be heard.

Hypnothera­py can help you with issues such as weight management, quit smoking, stress management, selfconfid­ence, personal growth, grief and loss/bereavemen­t, phobias, relationsh­ip issues (past and present), insomnia and much more.

Jane is qualified with a Diploma in Applied Clinical Hypnothera­py, Diploma of Counsellin­g and is a Member of the Australian Associatio­n of Clinical Hypnothera­py and Psychother­apy Inc (AACHP).

She has trained and is certified with the Newton Institute USA as a Life between Lives Hypnothera­pist.

Jane is also a Coach and Training Assistant with the Institute for Quantum Consciousn­ess.
