After the first competition was cancelled due to bad weather, the new date was set for the 18th to 20th November. The weather had improved with sunny skies and only light winds. Over the whole weekend Warragul had around 20 boats participating, whilst the Drouin Angling Club had around 10.

The winner was chosen from the top five fish from each club. The Warragul Angling Club came home strong with a total weight of 28.17 kg cleaned, whilst Drouin had a total weight of 18.1 kg cleaned, giving Warragul the honours for the fifth straight year.

The top fish overall were: in first place Daniel Mure with a 7.8kg snapper (WDAC), second place - Adam Jinks with a 6.43kg snapper (WDAC), and third place - Brendan Sinnett with a 4.95kg snapper (WDAC).

The second competition was held on the first weekend of December. The Warragul & District Angling Club headed down to Port Welshpool for their last comp for the year. With glassed out conditions on Saturday morning, most boats got onto some good fish. The Sunday morning weather was ideal which sent most boats home early. Over the competition the club had a good turnout with 13 boats fishing.

The top fish overall were: in first place Dean Addison with a 18kg Gummy, second place - Jase Piner with a 4.35kg Snapper, and third place Geoff Rowlinson with a 1.62kg Flathead.
