With both the overnight batsman back in the shed Daryl Bagnall and Steve Fricke joined forces in a brutal 178-run partnershi­p that saw the home side easily pass the required total.

Bagnall top scored with 114 while Fricke fell short of the ton with 89.

Andy Martin (in his annual turnout) added 30 late in the day as Jindivick finished with a percentage boosting total of 350.

Sam Perry and Gavin Mills battled hard for the Hawks to finish with two wickets each.

Titans into top spot

Garfield-Tynong has moved in to top spot on the ladder with a resounding win over Yarragon.

Starting day two at 0/57 the Titans lost Thomas Bulenok (30) and Mark Cousin (22) without either batsman able to capitalise on their good work from the previous week.

Joshua Horsburgh led his side to victory with a solid 29 along with handy contributi­ons from Jason Neville (18) and Chris Greenal (19).

After top scoring for the Panthers Clint Madden also took the bowling honours finishing with 4/70. Norm Evans kept things tidy claiming 3/28 off 14 overs.
