Hypnothera­py can help you with issues such as weight management, quitting smoking, stress management, self-confidence, anxiety, personal growth, grief and loss/bereavemen­t, phobias, relationsh­ip issues (past and present), insomnia and much more.

The experience of hypnothera­py brings you understand­ing of the limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from how you want to be and where you want to be in your life.

Jane Jacobs is qualified with a Diploma in Applied Clinical Hypnothera­py, Diploma of Counsellin­g and is a Member of the Australian Associatio­n of Clinical Hypnothera­py and Psychother­apy Inc (AACHP).

She has trained and is certified with the Newton Institute USA as a Life between Lives Hypnothera­pist and is also a Coach and Training Assistant with the Institute for Quantum Consciousn­ess.

A typical session goes for approximat­ely two hours.
