All makes car show

An “All Makes Car Show” will be held at Buln Buln Football Club on Sunday.

With the closing of Ford and Holden manufacturing in Australia late last year, there is a sudden realisation that the end of an era is looming. Across the generations Ford and Holden have The rivalry between Ford and Holden has been an often serious, at times humorous and an always passionate emotion that stretches from one end of the country to the other.

To acknowledge and celebrate this part of Australian culture the Buln Buln Football Club is holding a car show at the Buln Buln Recreation Reserve on Sunday March 26 from 10am to 2pm.

Live music and a wide variety of food, coffee, ice creams and drinks at bar prices will complement a display of cars of all makes.

Although the theme is Holden versus Ford, all lovers of cars are welcome to display their machines.

Admission is $5 per person and children under 16 are free.
