Free School Holiday Programs at the Library

-

The West Gippsland Regional Library Corporation has a range of free school holiday activities on offer at libraries across Baw Baw Shire to keep kids entertained.

Some of the highlights include a Warragul Winterfest Paper Lantern Making Session at Warragul Library on Saturday 8 April at 10.00am and an Easter-themed Bonnets, Baskets and Bunnies craft activity at Drouin Library on Tuesday 4 April at 2.00pm.

Children in Willow Grove are also invited to come along to a craft session on the Northern Mobile Library at Willow Grove on Thursday 6 April at 11.00am.

Regular Story Time and Baby Rhyme Time sessions will also continue throughout the break so that our youngest library members don’t miss out on the fun.

The events follow on from a successful series of activities held during the Summer holidays across the region, adding to the growing number of fun early literacy programs offered by the Corporation. All activities are free, however bookings are essential.

For more details about school holiday activities, pick up a What’s On guide from your local library, visit wgrlc.eventbrite.com.au or call 5622 2848 for assistance.

Library membership is free and offers access to over 1 million items including DVDs, magazines, CDs, eBooks, free music downloads and more.

Join online today at www.wgrlc.vic.gov.au and when you join up your children, they get a special kid’s monster bag and card to make borrowing just that little bit more fun. Free WiFi for all your devices and access to public PCs also available.
