The Nissan Navara is a tough and reliable ute with one key difference over its closest opposition: the top model-grades feature a coil-sprung rear, for added on-road comfort and control, rather than the conventional leafsprings.

The Dual Cab pickup is available as a 4x4 or 4x2 and comes in four models: DX, ST, STX and RX.

The Navara offers a choice of three engines, a 2.5-litre petrol, a 2.3-litre diesel turbo, and, in up-spec models, a powerful 2.3-litre diesel with twin turbo.

There are two transmissions available, a sixspeed manual or seven-speed sports automatic.
