Unacceptable
I would like to express my appreciation to Baw Baw Shire for their support to the community of Yarragon.
The attitude of the state government and their fast tracking of the sale of the old school is totally unacceptable. It would appear that they are only concerned with cashing in a community asset and not listening to the views of the local community.
It is now vital that all communities stand up and “yell from the roof tops"- that enough is enough listen to us , we are part of the process and need to be included in the decision.
All communities are under threat from decision makers who think they know what is best.
Look at Hill End old school site and then the sell off of the Blue Rock dam buffer zone . Community need not government greed.
