Little did she know when she became a Disability Case Manager in 1993 it would lead her to establishing a business providing professional, flexible, and reliable carers for people with disabilities.

Pauline Luchetta has had a diverse and extensive background in banking, business, motherhood, finance, construction, training, business coaching and mentoring.

Over the last 35 years she has assisted over 150 different businesses to achieve their potential through Custodia and Gippsland Business Centre.

The Cassidy Crew now has over 30 staff, providing Support, Respite, Personal Care, Community Access and supported transport to those with disabilities and the aged.

With the introduction of NDIS, Custodia Plan Management has been established to help participants implement, manage and co-ordinate their NDIS plans to help achieve their goals.

Today Custodia, Gippsland Business Centre, The Cassidy Crew and Custodia Plan Management are all vibrant businesses offering professional and friendly service.

Pauline says: “All my business experience has brought me to a place where I can really make a difference in other people’s lives.”
