The transition of ownership of Intersport Warragul took place on July 1st this year with Peter and Rosemary Nicholson handing over the shop, after 27 years, to Brent and Alissa Mounsey.

Brent has been back in the store as Peter’s business partner since last September after previously being store manager from 2001 to 2009 when the store was Nichos Megasports, then Nichos Independen­t Sports and then Intersport Nichos.

The store is now known as Intersport Warragul and has undertaken a range and layout upgrade over the past 12 months.

Intersport Warragul now has one of the largest footwear ranges in Victoria with Nike, Adidas, Asics, New Balance and Brooks to name a few.

They have introduced a new casual footwear range with all new Puma, Nike and Adidas style arriving daily.

If you want to get active, the store now has a great range of women’s active wear with Running Bare and Lorna Jane along with a huge range of Nike, Adidas and Puma gear.

The shop’s upstairs section has been given a revamp with all your sporting hardware needs - they have a great range of exercise bikes, treadmills and boxing accessorie­s to choose from.

You will also find cricket, tennis, basketball combos as well as darts and pool accessorie­s upstairs.

So if you are looking for a trampoline, table tennis table or basketball ring for Christmas, head into Intersport Warragul.
