The Victorian Seniors Festival returns to Baw Baw Shire this October with a variety of free and low-cost activities designed for local seniors to participate and enjoy.

In Baw Baw Shire, the festival will run from October 2 to 30.

Baw Baw Shire mayor Joe Gauci said there would be a huge variety of events running throughout the festival ranging from fitness to films, and concerts to croquet.

This is the 35th year of the state-wide festival which aims to celebrate the more than a million Victorians over 60 who make a valuable contribution to our society.
