Po­lice ar­rest two males

Two males were ar­rested in re­la­tion to crim­i­nal dam­age and of­fen­sive be­hav­iour fol­low­ing a num­ber of in­ci­dents in War­ragul on Wed­nes­day.

Po­lice said the youths were in­volved in an in­ci­dent at the milk bar at the Sut­ton St/Bowen St round­about in the morn­ing.

The youths also were later in­volved in in­ci­dents a Rail­way Park, War­ragul in the af­ter­noon where po­lice al­lege they were mak­ing nui­sances of them­selves. The two males were ar­rested by po­lice. A 20-year-old was charged with crim­i­nal dam­age and an 18-year-old will be charged on sum­mons with of­fen­sive be­hav­iour.

Po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing a ran­dom in­ci­dent of crim­i­nal dam­age in Af­fleck St, War­ragul on Wed­nes­day night.

Po­lice said the vic­tim was home at the time when a large rock was thrown through the glass panel of the front door.

The next morn­ing the vic­tim found their ve­hi­cle, parked at the front of the house, also had been tar­geted. The driver’s side win­dow was smashed off the car.

In an un­re­lated in­ci­dent, po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing dam­age at the Trafal­gar Rail­way Sta­tion art gallery last week.

A rock was thrown through a gallery win­dow overnight on Mon­day night.

A welder and power tools were stolen from the Gippy Goat farm at Yar­ragon last week.

Po­lice said of­fend­ers gained ac­cess to the Gor­dons Rd prop­erty overnight on Mon­day Night.

Of­fend­ers en­tered a shed on the prop­erty and stole a large quan­tity of tools in­clud­ing power tools and a welder.

A Plays­ta­tion 4 was stolen from a house in Drouin last week while the oc­cu­pants were asleep.

Of­fend­ers forced en­try to the Cy­press Crt home.

Po­lice said the oc­cu­pants were asleep when the in­trud­ers gained en­try and left with a Plays­ta­tion 4 con­sole.
