Junior and middle school students at Chairo Christian School, Drouin put their musical talents on show in a musical spectacular on Wednesday night.

School head of music Nathan Smith said more students were involved in the program than the mid-year showcase, with 20 acts on the program.

“We have a wide variety of students performing, with both traditional and spiritual composers,” he said.

A wide variety of musical talent was on display, with instruments including piano, clarinet, trombone, guitar and drums.

Vocalists also delighted the crowd, with the junior and middle school choirs also performing.

“We have Pharrell Williams which will hopefully make you happy and if that’s not enough, we’re finishing with Tequila,” Mr Smith announced to the crowd.

The school thanked Mr Smith, April Beamish and the maintenance team for helping to make the event a success.

Chairo Christian School will also feature a showcase for its senior students.
