Diamonds held on to their comfortable lead at the top of the Warragul Thursday women’s tennis ladder following victory over Emeralds in round four.

Pearls defeated Opals on games in a tight contest to close the gap to second-placed Rubies, who had the bye. Results: Pearls 3/29 d Opals 3/26, Diamonds 5/36 d Emeralds 1/14, Rubies bye.

Ladder: Diamonds 29, Rubies 16, Pearls 12, Opals 12, Emeralds 11.
