Drouin recorded victory in divisions one, three and six in Mid Gippsland bowls on Saturday.

Division one: Drouin 16/113 defeated Morwell 4/84.

David McIlfatrick, Les Firth, Dennis Throup and Gary Johnson (skip) defeated K. Gadson’s team 41/7 to be overall best rink. Nesta Coldebella, Steve Barr, Ian McCartney and Adam Proctor (skip) defeated P. Borrodale’s team 27/19. Graeme Aubrey, Sheryl Atkinson, Mick Fleming and Mark Atkinson (skip) lost to W. Bishop’s team 25/26. Janice Aubrey, Maureen Leighton, Matthew Schreyer and John Leighton (skip) lost to G. Van Down’s team 20/32.

Division three: Drouin (2) 17/112 defeated Morwell (2) 3/89.

Pauline Appleyard, Terry McFadzean, Phill Jarred and David Tayles (skip) lost to Darrell White’s team 23/25. Robert Cole, Matthew Eccles, Tim Anderson and Bill Cleaton (skip) drew with Diane White’s team 24/24. Samantha Atkinson, John Bulmer, Chris Stubbings and Colin Finger (skip) defeated B. Tyben’s team 22/18. Laurie Innes, Lloyd Smith, Dale Hedrick and Graham Woolstencroft (skip) defeated Ian Auld’s team 23/22.

Division four: Drouin (3) 2/73 lost to Trafalgar (2) 18/100.

Merv Appleyard, Jim Purvis, Kevin Potter and Peter Hine (skip) defeated W. Hurst’s team 28/23. Gwen Price, Bill Eacott, Margaret Rhodes and Robbie Proctor (skip) lost to M. Clymo’s team 17/22. Don Mowat, Brian Thorp, Mary Firth and Neil Bullen (skip) lost to A. Dawson’s team 14/24. Clive Newman, Mal Anderson, Dini Hone and Ray Watson (skip) lost to D. Horner’s team 14/29.

Division six: Drouin (4) 10/57 defeated Trafalgar (3) 0/39.

John Carlin, Max Hine, Elaine Throup and Kath Dixon (skip) defeated G. Ward’s team 37/20. Ian Haughton, Richard Joyner, Margaret Moss (sub) and John Kinrade (skip) defeated G. Burt’s team 20/19.

There will be no games on Saturday due to the Victorian Open games being played at Shepparton.
