Buln Buln 5/89 def. Yarragon 10/84 Buln Buln had little trouble in accounting for Yarragon in their one-day clash.

Chasing just 85 to win the Lyrebirds lost a couple of early wickets before their junior players proved to be up for the challenge.

Gaige White (30) and Andrew Burdett (21*) helped the visitors coast across the line with four overs to spare.

Darren Davidson was the pick of the bowlers with a tidy 3/16 off seven overs. Norm Evans claimed 2/16 with the new ball.

Earlier in the day Davidson and Rob Pinney were equal top-scorers with 23 apiece. Only two other batsmen reached double figures for the Panthers.

Lachlan Jagoe was the best of the bowlers with 3/18. Andrew Burdett gave nothing away, returning 2/8 off five overs, and Rob Wall chipped in with 2/13.
