Public appeal for Price after pursuit
Police are appealing for public assistance to help arrest Luke Price.
Two warrants have been issued for the 32year-old man’s arrest following a pursuit in Drouin last week and a police car being rammed in Warragul the previous week.
Police want to speak with Mr Price in relation to a pursuit on Wednesday morning in Drouin.
Members observed a stolen Hyundai sedan on Princes Way at the intersection of Hopetoun Rd about 4.45am and activated the lights and sirens.
The driver of the Hyundai allegedly failed to stop and a pursuit was initiated. Police lost sight of the vehicle shortly later.
Members would also like to speak to Mr Price in relation to a police vehicle being rammed by a stolen Holden station wagon on December 8 in Victoria Street, Warragul just before 5am.
Police are investigating a petrol drive-off the next day at a service station on Princes Way, Drouin just before 10am.
The Holden was stolen on November 26 between 1am and 9.30am from a residential garage in Pallyang Lane, Cranbourne East.
Police have released an image of Mr Price in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Mr Price is described as about 185cm with a medium build, brown eyes and short brown receding hair.
He has tattooed arms, forearms, fingers and neck.
He is known to frequent the Warragul, Drouin and Pakenham areas.
