Bob Rogers (3/47 from six) and Michael Scully (2/42) did their best to try and stem the tide for Iona.

Wickets to Michael Johnson and Sam Cougle put Iona on the back foot early, with Rogers forced to retire hurt not helping the cause.

Scully (29) and Jon Martindale (36) steadied in an admirable effort for the Swamp Tigers, but there were simply too many runs to chase as Iona were dismissed for 117 in the 33rd over.

Hallora test Drouin

Daniel Simons fell agonisingl­y short of a half-century, while ShaunKleev­en chipped in with 28 to help Hallora post 134.

While Hallora took to the bowling of Ben McCarty, he fought back with three wickets.

Stephen Bleazby also picked up three wickets, while Hayden Beca chipped in with 2/8 from 4.5 overs.

Wickets to Joseph Youngman, Simons and Jacob Kleeven, who also collected a direct hit run out, had Drouin on the back foot early.

Robert Simpson steadied for the Hawks with a half century, with Mick Wardle (26) and Mick Caddy guiding the home side across the line.
