Warragul Yoga Studio re-opened

-

Warragul Yoga Studio has re-opened its doors this year under the new ownership of Carolyn King, following the retirement of Maureen Ryan in December last year.

Carolyn has been a student of yoga with Maureen since 2006, when she found herself needing time and space to come to terms with trauma suffered by her close family and found healing and comfort. “I spent the first few weeks crying; I felt so safe. I knew within a few months that teaching yoga and bringing healing to others was my future pathway, but I needed experience practicing before I could apply to become a teacher. I feel so grateful to have this opportunity to continue.”

Situated in Pine Grove, Warragul, the studio will continue to provide a welcoming and Carolyn King, new owner of Warragul Yoga Studio, feeling the benefits of Yoga.

Classes are accessible to every body regardless of age, gender or fitness levels. “Everything can be modified to suit our own body; we use props to support us, and we listen to and work within our own limits”.
