After travelling to Sydney to receive Cryotherapy treatments, Cherry decided to build her very own ‘Cryo-Zone’ at her spa and laser clinic in Morwell. How it works: Simply stand in the cryo-sauna whilst you are safely enveloped in a fine nitrogen mist for up to 3 minutes.
