Drugs and toys seized in car

A quantity of drugs and sex toys were located when police intercepte­d a vehicle in Drouin early Friday morning.

A 33-year-old Brookfield woman was charged with drug and other offences when she was intercepte­d by police in Victoria St at 1.45am on Friday morning.

A search of her vehicle located a quantity of methamphet­amine (ice), GHB, cannibas, a knife and about 90 sex toys that police believe were stolen from a Sexyland store.

The woman was charged and bailed to appear at court at a later date.

In another arrest, two men and a woman will be charged on summons with drug offences after an incident at Coopers Creek.

Police were called to the camping ground after receiving complaints about illegal shooting at 2.30am on Wednesday.

Two men aged 24 and 34-years-old from Morning and a 25-year-old Dandenong woman were arrested for possession of drugs.

A Pakenham man was arrested at the Criterion Hotel, Trafalgar during the early hours of Friday morning and charged with a series of burglaries at commercial premises.

Cardinia CIU detectives were involved in the arrest of the 30-year-old man who has been remanded in custody to appear at Dandenong Magistrate­s’ Court.

The man was arrested as he left the hotel at 1.55am.

He was charged with more than 30 burglaries at commercial premises, including the Criterion Hotel.
