Warragul have a better day
Warragul Bowling Club had a better day in round 14 of West Gippsland Bowls Division pennant on Saturday, with three teams winning and two losing.
Warragul two did what they had to do in defeating fourth placed Garfield to replace them in the four and earn a well-deserved spot in the finals.
Warragul two will play Traralgon two in the semi finals at Trafalgar, with club members urged to go along and support the team. Results: Warragul one lost to Traralgon 77/129: John Vickerman, Keith Wilkins, Bill Clappers, Ken Scammell lost to Ian Kirkup’s team 18/34.
