Doctor said... who cares!
When you go to see your doctor, they may give to you various pieces of advice. Yet, it's common knowledge that only some patients actually follow their doctor's advice.
Many plans simply don't eventuate. The reasons for this are varied including changes in circumstances.
However, there is one reason that stands out - that you as a patient, never really agreed on the “plan" in the first plan, that you were instead “told" what to do.
At Atticus Health, we really strive to keep our advice and plans practical, because we want to have a real positive impact in the lives of all our patients.
In keeping with this, before a patient leaves the room, their doctor will always check that the patient understands, believes in, and agrees with the plan. It's only then, that things are most likely to happen - in the real world.
On Wednesday 14 March, Atticus Health Drouin, located at 18 Sinclair Street Drouin, will open its doors. We will initially be open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8am - 5pm.
Dr Sheetal Karande will lead the way. She is a very experienced and compassionate Doctor, having worked for many years as a GP in Australia.
Dr Karande really cares that her patients are improving their lives - in the real world. That's what makes her an Atticus Health Doctor.
