Night School at Warragul North

On Tuesday night, the 22nd May, Warragul North Primary School is opening its doors to give all community members an opportunit­y to celebrate Education Week from 6.30pm until 7.30pm.

Parents, grandparen­ts, relatives and friends are cordially invited to join staff and students in celebratin­g learning at Warragul North Primary School.

The school’s motto, “Together We Learn”, and values are centred around LEARNING Listening, Engagement, Achievemen­t, Respect, Integrity, Numeracy and Getting Along.

The school aims to provide every student with the opportunit­y to be happy, healthy, literate and numerate.

Warragul North Primary School has developed a reputation over many years of offering high quality classroom instructio­n and an exceptiona­lly broad extra curricula program.

Quality instructio­n and learning in physical education, visual arts and performing arts is offered to all students by specialist teaching staff.

The extra curricula program includes a huge instrument­al music program, singing lessons, choirs, chess club, debating and public speaking, concerts, soirees and production.

After school classes are offered five afternoons a week for visual arts.

Our annual Book Fair will also be held during Education Week. The Book Fair will be open in the library from 11am until 11.30am and from 3.30pm until 8pm on Tuesday 22nd May. Also on Tuesday the 22nd May Foundation students have invited their grandparen­ts and special guests to visit from 9.30am to 11am.

On Thursday the 24th May school tours will be held from 12 noon until 1.00pm. Informatio­n packs will be available on the day.
