Diverse and extensive business background
Little did she know when she became a Disability Case Manager in 1993 it would lead her to establishing a business providing professional, flexible, and reliable support workers for people with disabilities.
Pauline Luchetta has had a diverse and extensive background in banking, business, finance, construction, training, business coaching, mentoring and of course motherhood.
Over the last 35 years she has assisted over 150 businesses to achieve their potential through Custodia Bookkeeping and BAS agents and Gippsland Business Centre.
The Cassidy Crew now has over 65 staff, providing support to over 100 clients. Respite, personal care, group & centre based activities, and supported transport across four Shires to those with disabilities and the aged.
With the implementation of NDIS plans in this area Custodia Plan Management has grown rapidly. Custodia Plan Management has been established to help participants implement, manage and co-ordinate their NDIS plans to help achieve their goals.
Today Custodia Bookkeeping & Bass Agents, Gippsland Business Centre, The Cassidy Crew and Custodia Plan Management are all vibrant businesses offering professional and friendly service’s.
