LMK Building Services now located in Warragul

-

LMK Building Services was founded in 2014 by Drouin locals Lukas and Megan Kelly.

Their passion and drive to create a successful business that supports other local businesses in the area doesn’t go unnoticed.

In a time of such dramatic growth in the area it is encouraging to see local businesses grow, theirs included.

You may have noticed that their small shop in Drouin is now closed, only a year ago it was a big exciting step for the company.

Since then the amount of growth in a short period of time has led to an exciting new beginning of a multi storey office now located at 63 Queen Street, Warragul.

The Kelly’s are thankful for the locals that stepped in and helped create a beautiful new office. Come check it out, say hello to the friendly girls out the front and at the same time LMK Building Services can help you with all your building permit needs.

Australia’s leading home builder, Metricon, applauds its sponsored athletes in the TRFM Gippsland League for a fantastic 2018 season.

The league enjoyed another successful year of growth on and off the football field and netball court.

The Gippsland League made it a clean sweep at the 2018 AFL Victoria Community Championships, defeating Murray Football Netball League in all three matches at Ted Summerton Reserve in Moe.

Gippsland's senior football side was unrelenting in its treatment of the Murray side and stacked on eight goals in the third term to set up a 62-point victory. While on the netball court the Gippsland League Open side comprehensively made it back to back wins at the Community Championships by 34 goals.

Daniel Heathcote, TRFM Gippsland League operations coordinator, AFL Gippsland said: “Our netball representative sides have had a huge amount of success recently, the support and contribution of Metricon Homes is a major factor in getting our representative sides on the court.”

“Season 2018 was the fourth year of the partnership between our two organisations and we have thoroughly enjoyed working with Metricon,” said Daniel.

Regional Manager, Jeff Telford said: “Metricon celebrated the construction of over 7,000 new homes in regional Victoria earlier this year. After moving into the Gippsland region over 14 years ago, we now employ more than 30 people in the region alone, as well as an excess of over 100 local trades, who are all committed to producing high quality homes.

“Our regional teams are comprised of local staff, site managers, service and warranty and trades, meaning that they too are part of the community where so many people are deciding to build beautiful new homes. By offering local teams, we are able to offer a much more personal experience, with site managers supervising only eight to ten jobs at one time. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are providing local customer service at every turn, optimizing the home building experience for all locals.

“The past 14 years has seen the regional market expand dramatically. We now have 28 display homes spanning across regional Victoria, in addition to three regional Studio Ms and nine offices. It is crucial for us to be involved and committed to the local community. We support a vast range of community groups throughout the region, like the TRFM Gippsland League. We are dedicated to being a part of the Gippsland community and are proud to support the region that has shown us so much support since 2004,” concluded Jeff.
