Bloye brothers do battle

There were some great games in round 11 of Mid Gippsland junior badminton, including the A grade match between Warragul Blue and Warragul White.

During the doubles matches two of the three games went to Warragul Blue, leaving Warragul White with one cleanly won game.

In the singles there was even more rivalry when brother took on brother (Tim and Josh Bloye) in the first match with Josh taking the victory for Warragul White. The last two singles games were fiercely fought with both matches being won by Warragul Blue.

The match of the week was played out in a doubles game in C grade between Ruth Tucker and Idris Mofakhami (Ellinbank Gold) against Tim Finlay with Helena Woolett (Warragul Blue). Their game went through three heated sets with Ellinbank Gold taking the lead just at the end, winning two out of the three sets.
