New locally designed and built display in Warragul

-

Local builder Kingbuilt is proud to introduce its new display, ‘The Tribute’. This modern luxe, elegant style home in Warragul was designed by Harry Sheehan, Kingbuilt’s in-house head draftsman. The home offers an alternate style to the Traralgon display homes, but with the same unmatched quality and eye for detail.

The home incorporates many unique features to showcase what can be achieved by Kingbuilt, limited only by imagination. One of the first things that strikes you as you enter The Tribute is the dimension that boasts throughout the home, with a raised raked ceiling, over height windows and curved wall entry, it certainly leaves a lasting impression.

Harry Sheehan, head draftsman at Kingbuilt explains “The streetscape design is what I loved about designing this home, I worked on really trying to achieve something unlike what Kingbuilt has seen before, then adding those extra elements throughout the home to marry from the outside in.”

Being the new display located in Warragul, home town of past employee Kelly Koochew, the staff of Kingbuilt wanted to name the display in her honour, that is where ‘The Tribute’ name was found. The name is only fitting as it is a home that is equally elegant, honest and all class. With modern design features and a finish quality that is second to none this home leaves a lasting impression just like Kelly did on all the staff at Kingbuilt.

The Tribute will officially launch this Saturday, February 16 from 1-4pm at Brandy Creek Views estate, located off Lillico Road Warragul. There will be an opportunity for families to have their photo taken by local photographer April Pyle during that time.

Display opening hours are 12-4pm, Friday – Tuesday weekly.
