‘No Wrong Door’ Project Coordinator
Gippsland Centre Against Sexual Assault (GCASA) has a newly created Project Coordinator position offering an exciting opportunity to the successful candidate to make the role their own. We are seeking an experienced practitioner who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, young people and their families for those significantly impacted by trauma as a result of sexual assault. The 'No Wrong Door' Project Coordinator will provide early intervention focussing on key transition points for children and young people throughout GCASA’s service options. This project will focus on: Implementing a demonstration project that forms early connections between GCASA and the wider service system particularly navigating successful early pathway opportunities for our clients/participants into our services. Promoting positive therapeutic engagement with children and young people through their counselling experience. Strengthening families’ knowledge and resources to support the family with a stronger care coordination and early access to services that meets their needs. The successful applicant will hold a relevant tertiary qualification.
