Many hours of research went into the book. There are stories of 147 service people. It tells of their lives and our local Community.

One day a person was walking in the Warragul Cemetery and found where his grandfather was buried in an unmarked grave. This grave now has a military headstone.

One of the VIEW members was personally involved with the Keating family ancestors researched and are part of this book.

It is amazing of what people find out in research. They found out about war service and also what happened to them after the war.
