Amazing New Transportable Home

-

A local inventor has done it again. Chet Cline has invented a truly transportable house system that is fast, easy, and affordable.

The third developmental prototype has been tested and is nearing completion. It’s amazing.

Transportable homes are a good idea. Build it in a factory, out of the weather, quickly and efficiently.

This ensures accuracy, lowers costs, and eliminates lost time due to bad weather.

But, transporting them is difficult.

Traditional transportable houses are cumbersome, expensive to transport, and require large cranes to load and unload.

Special over width permits are required to cart these on our roads. And many roads simply aren’t wide enough. Wide loads often need pilot vehicles too. Not anymore.

This new FAST house collapses into itself, making a completely legal load that can be delivered almost anywhere with a tray truck.

Big cranes aren’t needed, as the special truck design is self loading and unloading.

As a legal 2.5 metre wide load, it can get into tiny tracks or through gateways. It can even be delivered on road trains.

The prototype house is a two bedroom home, complete with kitchen, bath room, two bedrooms, and a combined lounge dining area.

All wiring and plumbing is already installed. Close it up, use the truck to load, deliver, and unload exactly where it is needed. Open it up, refit a few panels and trim, and the house is at lock-up stage in a day. Just hook up the utilities, and move in.

The market is huge. This house would make a wonderful week ender, or a home on a bush block, or just a quick low cost home. As a granny flat, it can’t be beaten.

Quick and affordable, and easily relocatable. Imagine emergency housing for bush fire victims. This house could be delivered and ready to move in, in two days. Outback mining accommodation, remote housing, or just a great ‘cabin’ in a caravan park, the potential markets for this amazing system is huge.

But, there’s more. This same concept can be enlarged to make an even better home. A specialized semi trailer will transport a larger house that is wider and longer. A hundred square metre home will still be a legal load, requiring no permits at all.

This invention is for sale. The entire system will revolutionize this industry. The potential is huge, for the right buyer. It could even be franchised nationally and internationally.

Chet wants to keep this local if possible. “We need jobs in Gippsland. Let’s build something amazing for the future.” Affordable housing is always needed.
