Bob Cole, Maureen Leighton, John Leighton and Col Finger defeated Kevin Lovett’s team 18/17. Graeme Aubrey, Arthur Moore, Ian McCartney and Toby Wallace lost to Alan Grubb’s team 16/23. John Bulmer, Bruce Andrews, Tim Anderson and Les Firth defeated P. Sherman’s team 23/17. Jan Aubrey, Ron Brodie, Steve Barr and Adam Proctor lost to N. Michaels’ team 13/29.

Andre De Waele, Mary Firth, Andy Kidd and Mick Fleming lost to Robert Goldie’s team 17/23. Laurie Innes, Brian Thorpe, Terry McFadzean and Col Jeffrey lost to Jo-Anne Michaels’ team 14/27. Kevin Campbell, Robbie Proctor, Phil Jarrad and Noel Rubenstein drew Graham Cocks’ team 25/25. Only two shots separated the two teams overall – what a close match.
Barrie Price, Mal Anderson, Ray Watson and lost to
Neil Bullen defeated Phil Marston’s team 24/16. Clive Newman, Dini Hone, Gerry Wakefield and Peter Hone defeated Michael Holroyd’s team 29/26. Ian Haughton, Richard Joyner, Margaret Rhodes and Graham Woolstencroft lost to Alan Luck’s team 17/23. Merv Appleyard, Gwen Price, Tom Lawler and Neil Stoney lost to Spencer Goss’ team 22/25.
Division six: Drouin (4) washed out against Boolarra (2).
The Drouin team left at 11.45am and travelled the long drive to Boolarra only to be told after arriving that the green was unsafe. It appeared to have moss on it.
The Drouin team had to drive all the way back and urge the association to look at this situation.

Drouin recorded three wins on Tuesday with the Drouin battle in division four a highlight.

Division four: Drouin (3) 8/54 defeated Drouin (4) 2/31.
