TAFE Gippsland and Lardner Park have joined forces to establish a strategic partnership in 2020.

The partnership will see TAFE Gippsland positioned as the preferred education and training partner for Gippsland’s largest event venue and the home of Farm World, Victoria’s premier regional agricultural field day.

TAFE Gippsland chief executive officer, Mr Grant Radford and Lardner Park’s chief executive officer, Mr Craig Debnam, said the partnership will, “enhance the alignment between our organisations by providing greater exposure and customer experiences to our collective clients.”

Mr Radford said the partnership will also assist in growing the provision of high quality training in the vital food and fibre industry across the Gippsland region

“Lardner Park will play a key role in connecting local industry with our TAFE Institute through a series of events and engagement activities, including the wellknown flagship event, Farm World and the annual Steer Trial competition,” Mr Radford said.

“TAFE Gippsland’s Agriculture students will also have access to Lardner Park’s first class facilities for specialised training as part of their studies.”

Mr Radford said further opportunities are also being explored by the two organisations for students studying in a range of academic disciplines from business to hospitality.

“We are delighted that TAFE Gippsland is now the principal education and training provider within the strategic partner category with Lardner Park, and we will certainly be exploring additional training opportunities for Gippsland students,” he said.

“At TAFE Gippsland, we have the specialist teachers and training facilities that support sectors such as Maritime, Conservation & Land Management, Forestry, Agriculture, Dairy Production and Horticulture.”

TAFE Gippsland is currently preparing for the 2020 mid-year intake campaign for the important Agriculture and Food and Fibre sector.

Two of Australia’s major property portals have united to provide property developers a unique opportunity of cross portal exposure. The partnership also provides a more rounded propertyseeking experience, delivering highly relevant and targeted content tailored to offthe-plan property-seekers.

realestateview.com.au - the property portal that is backed by the real estate industry - and Apartments & Developments (a-d.com.au) - a specialist property website focusing on off-the-plan and new construction properties have a collective audience of over 1.7M consumers per month. This property-seeking audience, combined with extensive industry knowledge and relationships, strengthens the new partnership.

Toby Balazs, CEO of realestateview.com.au, has over 15 years’ experience working with property developers across Australia and Asia.

“At realestateview.com.au we pride ourselves on being flexible, providing choice to both customers and consumers and creating solutions that are cost-effective – this partnership supports all three of these key pillars,” he said.

“At a time when the Australian property industry is facing a number of challenges, it’s important we pivot with our customers and provide them with opportunities to maximise their success in selling off-the-plan and newly constructed properties.”

The valuable market proposition consists of an all-inclusive overarching campaign including Solus eDM’s, Property Listings across both portals, Native Advertising solutions and Social Media exposure across Facebook and Instagram.

Michael Lang, Director at Castran Gilbert used the new partnership approach between realestateview.com.au and a-d.com.au to market a new apartment development ‘Arches’ in Melbourne’s Maribyrnong.

“At all times, we, as project marketers, are always looking at the most efficient and cost effective measures to achieve quality leads, and through the EDM, I couldn’t have been more impressed with the results, and in fact, I have made it now mandatory on all our new campaigns moving forward, such was the success it provided.”

Managing Director of AD Group Jordy Catalano said, “Cost-effective advertising is a key motivator for both property portals and delivering an outstanding ‘Cost Per Lead’ leading to an exceptional ‘Cost Per Sale’ is what gives a-d.com.au and realestateview.com.au a clear point of difference.

“Working in partnership with realestateview.com.au was an obvious choice for us and makes sense to our customers – driving a combination of reach and performance that is so valuable in their marketing campaigns.”
