Laptop stolen

A laptop and credit cards were stolen from a vehicle in Southern Clse, Drouin last week.

The theft occurred between 5.30pm on Thursday night and 7.35am Friday morning.

Police said offenders accessed the vehicle and stole a laptop computer and a set of keys.

A bank card from the vehicle was used three times at a Drouin service station. On the same night, another vehicle in Southern Clse was ransacked.

Police also are investigat­ing the theft of credit cards from a vehicle last Monday night.

The cards were in a wallet and purse stolen from a car in Railway Ave, Drouin between 6.15pm and 7.15pm.

The victim’s credit cards were later used at Drouin McDonalds. The offenders were described as a male teenager wearing a black jacket and black cap and a female with died red hair.

Three vehicles were broken into in Woodlawn Bvd, Yarragon overnight on June 27. An unlocked ute parked inside a carport was accessed and searched through. Locked tool boxes on the back of the ute were not tampered with. At another address in Woodlawn Bvd, two unlocked vehicles were searched through and nothing was stolen.
