A garden full of flowers to Voyage Fitness, Warragul for their hardwork during this latest COVID lockdown. As well as the virtual classes there were small groups in the carpark in all sorts of weather. It culminated with a wonderful breast cancer awareness day on Friday raising funds and awareness. A truly remarkable effort. We can’t wait to get back inside.

It was therefore very alarming and disturbing to witness the proprietor of one Warragul cafe verbally abuse and physically threaten a customer recently after an issue over masks.

I realise mental health issues have increased during this pandemic, and owning a small business must be very stressful, but this isn’t okay. To all other cafe owners, you are are simply wonderful, Thank you.

Bouquets to Warren Turner and staff from WGHG allied and community health in Gladstone St who rescued eight ducklings which were stuck in a drain in the carpark at Umart. Thanks to all for taking time and effort to reunite the ducklings and their happy mum A good outcome for all.

A colourful bouquet to the green thumbs in Drouin responsible for the blooming guerrilla garden spanning the drive through from Sinclair Street to Coles. It brightens my day every time I walk past.
